Refund policy
RETURNS: We do not accept returns, but please contact us if there are any problems with your order! Exchanges of non-custom items may accepted upon approval, and shipping will be at the customer's expense. Please email fringefavors@gmail.com to request an exchange. Any issues or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
CANCELLATIONS: Any non-custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours.
PROCESSING TIME: Most items are made-to-order, and have a 2-5 business day processing time before shipping. Express shipping options do not waive this processing time. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to send us an email before purchasing to see if it's a possibility!
